THE boy from Hamilton has done all right for himself.

If screaming fans and booming box offices weren’t enough for Xavier Samuel, now the Twilight actor has snagged himself a European beauty queen.

The Aussie actor has stepped out with his new girlfriend, Iranian-born stunner Shermine Shahrivar.

Samuel, 27, took his glamorous new girl along to the New York premiere of The Sorcerer’s Apprentice, which stars his good friend from Adelaide, Teresa Palmer.Shahrivar grew up in Germany to Iranian parents and won the Miss Europe title in 2005. She has previously been linked to Prince Albert of Monaco and actor Thomas Kretschmann.

The pair have been strolling arm in arm around New York
