It follows international screenings at the Berlin International Film Festival in February and the London Australian Film Festival in March. The $2.1 million genre film stars stars Sophie Lowe (Beautiful Kate) and Xavier Samuel (The Twilight Saga: Eclipse) and marks the feature debut of director Dean Francis. Francis will also present the film at Dungog while Sophie Lowe will perform her original title song.The film – about four young friends on a camping adventure in outback Australia who are run off the road by a massive three-trailer truck – is also set to be distributed in more than 3500 Blockbuster stores in the US after a recent deal struck by sales agent Lightning Entertainment. The Dungog Film Festival will be held between May 27 to May 30. The full program will be announced on April 23.
