FANS have had their first bite at the third instalment of the Twilight saga, with a leaked copy of the script circulating the internet.

And according to the screenplay for Eclipse, Aussie actor Xavier Samuel wastes no time making his mark.

Appearing in the opening scene, his character is dramatically turned into a vampire.

Although it’s the second such leak for the cult series, studio reps are unfazed by the development, claiming the script, belonging to cast member Jackson Rathbone, was only an early draft.

Given that the movie is based on Stephanie Meyer’s best-selling book, we’re sure plot spoilers aren’t exactly an issue.

Eclipse opens in June.
